Jacy Godsey, N.P., obtained her Associate’s Degree in Life Science at Eastern Oklahoma State College, where she was a full scholarship competitive dancer. While studying to become a nurse, she also pursued her passion for beauty, attending a cosmetology school and then working on and off as a cosmetologist. In 2012, Jacy graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center as a Registered Nurse.

Jacy worked in the NICU at OU Children’s Hospital for 3.5 years before deciding to go back to school to become a nurse practitioner. During her studies, she worked in the PACU of a surgery center in Oklahoma City. Jacy completed her Master’s Degree in 2018 when she graduated from Maryville University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Now with experience working as a provider and through her personal experience battling a chronic illness, Jacy provides care alongside Dr. Washatka, where she can combine her passion for both conventional and functional medicine. Her focus is preventive medicine, anti-aging, and achieving optimal health holistically. She learned through first-hand experience that taking preventative measures is key to sustainable wellness and that healing from illness with a holistic approach is possible. She wants to help as many people as possible achieve optimal health while feeling heard and included in their treatment plan.
